Hatha Yoga by the water

EVERY WEDNESDAY – with Olivia Campbell

1hr session at 19:00
All levels and ages welcome. No previous experience necessary.
Yoga is a peaceful and challenging way to stretch out physically and explore what comes up internally. Bodies get tight and brittle as we get older. Yoga oils the joints and helps you stay strong and flexible. It is also wonderful for the mind.
If you love open water swimming you will love yoga; both hold the secret to a long and healthy life.

Full Moon Swim

EVERY FULL MOON –  SEE BOOKING for next date

45 minute session at 17:00
There’s nothing more refreshing and magical then a Swim under the light of the Full Moon at Andark Lake.
Includes a glow stick to attach to your tow float and a hot drink to warm up after.
Spaces are limited and must be pre-booked and pre-paid. Caps, Tow Floats and lights are required.
